Walnut Fossil Skeleton Box
Maple top, woodburned, painted, with resin skull, epoxied. Walnut sides and base. Hinged. Size: 7" wide X 10" deep X 3.5" tall SOLD This box is handmade and is one-of-a-kind. The skeleton- curled as if in a fossilized grave- was woodburned and painted on maple, and a half of a resin skull was affixed for a 3-D effect. The sides and base are of a beautiful swirly walnut, and it is hinged with silver-toned hinges. This is a gorgeous unique piece- and one of our most affordable boxes!

Mesquite Turquoise Inlay Hinged Box
Mesquite sides and top. Top is inlaid with real turquoise in natural cracks. Walnut key joinery, turquoise suede lining.
Size: 9" wide, 5" deep, 4.5" tall.

This box is handmade and is one-of-a-kind. The mesquite on the top is three-toned- from a gorgeous pink-orange to a deep yellow into a dark brown. The natural cracks in the wood are inlaid with real turquoise. The inside of the lid is nearly as detailed with inlay as the outside. The mesquite sides have walnut key joinery as a contrast to the lighter mesquite. The box is lined with a stunning soft turquoise suede to complement the turquoise inlay, and the box is hinged. A lovely box for jewelry for men or women, or a beautiful keepsake box. Because the inlay was done in natural cracks, this top can never be replicated exactly.
